1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using MyBusinessTrip.ca, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Beta Program
MyBusinessTrip.ca is currently in beta. The service is provided free of charge during the beta period. Features may change, be added, or be removed. We may introduce pricing following the beta period with advance notice to existing users.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use MyBusinessTrip.ca for lawful business purposes. You may not:
- Use the service for illegal activities
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Reverse engineer or scrape the platform
- Upload malicious content or files
- Misrepresent your identity or organization
4. Your Data
You own your data. We do not claim ownership of any content you create in MyBusinessTrip.ca. You grant us a limited license to store and process your data to provide the service. You may export or delete your data at any time.
5. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. During the beta period, maintenance windows and downtime may occur. We will provide reasonable notice for planned maintenance.
6. Limitation of Liability
MyBusinessTrip.ca is provided "as is" during the beta period. We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. We recommend exporting important data regularly.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in Canadian courts.
